Infrastructure projects require management and coordination capacity levels that are very hard to achieve. The number of stakeholders involved, the long-term contractual commitments, and the public exposure, mean that any incorrect decision can have significant consequences.
Our work in this area is based on a detailed understanding of the collaborative structures between public and private entities, the financial structures, the inherent regulatory exposure, and the governance frameworks that govern each initiative.
Ever since our founding, we have continuously worked on infrastructure-related projects, including concession projects, consortia, critical infrastructure, and internationalization processes. In all of these projects, we have provided structure, clarity, and technical capacity, from the early stages of the projects through the execution and operation stages.
