 A client lays out a project: He wants to enter in the raw materials market of a given African country where there are many big international companies well consolidated.

Our solution:

We detected there were not road communications to facilitate the commercialization desired.
We detected that the country needed strategic partners in the Transport area.
So, we proposed the constitution of a join airline company that allowed to:
Change the sphere of the relations with the country authorities.
Have an element to make easier its own trading business.
Turn into a nuclear element of development for the country to enter in new businesses.

Our work consisted of looking for experts in the air field, configuring a consistent project in the field enhancing the value.

It is a join success:

To our customer, because has a privileged interlocution and differentiating transport means.
To the country government because has a strategic partner in the development of it without sacrificing added economic resources.
